ESSENTIAL TASKS:

  • Generating revenue by providing prospects CLS solutions of products and services within the established marketing plan while meeting sales quota targets.
  • Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory using cold call selling techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Researching the market to gather information on prospective new customers and other relative market information.
  • Meeting with potential customers to present CLS and demonstrate available product.
  • Entering initial orders for new customers and preparing agreements.
  • Coordinate initial deliveries with the new customers and route sales representatives.
  • Maintaining cloud-based notes (CRM) on customers and prospective future customers.
  • Generating and finding potential new clients a MUST

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Microsoft Office Skills – competent in all applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-Management Skills. - Hold themselves personally responsible for activity and sales goals. Is able to research the necessary information needed to perform at high a high level.
  • Ability to lead and Work Ethic. - Possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done and always has a positive attitude while doing so.
  • Communication- Speaks and writes clearly.
  • Organization/Planning - Organizes, schedules their own daily communications, and holds themselves accountable.
  • Attention to Detail – Does not let important details slip through the cracks. Understands and is able to convey the proper information needed for smooth work transition.

  • Follow Up – Let’s nothing go undone or incomplete. Follows up on work to ensure perfection and timely execution.

  • Flexibility/Adaptability – Works well under stress and is able to effectively communicate and problem solve with Sales Representatives and Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,557.00 - $75,079.00 per year
